Founded by Dennis Ginder, a respected leader in the regional home building industry, L&W Innovations has built a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and personalized service.
With over 25 years of experience, Ginder has served as President of both the Northeast Florida Builders Association and the St. Johns Builders Council. His career spans nearly every phase of the building industry, and his leadership and commitment to quality are the foundation of Encore Homes. Since earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida, Dennis has worked tirelessly to create homes that reflect the unique needs and lifestyles of his clients.
In late 2017, Dennis founded Encore Homes to focus on a more personalized approach to home building. This same philosophy drives L&W Innovations, where we specialize in complete home remodels, renovations, and fire and water damage restoration services. Whether it’s updating a recently purchased resale home or giving your existing home a fresh new look, our team of experienced professionals is here to bring your vision to life.
